Amine J. Hachem is a Lebanese-American operatic and crossover tenor who has "thrilled audiences" (An-Nahar) across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. His sold-out Carnegie Hall debut, "A Middle Eastern Christmas", became a unique tribute to the multiple influences in his background, and was voted into the top 10 best shows of the season by Metro New York. Acclaimed for his "captivating" performances (iHeart Radio), "pushing the boundaries of operatic music by integrating it with unconventional sounds from around the world" (BroadwayWorld), Amine is an international performer who fluently speaks four languages: Italian, French, English, and Arabic. He performs across the globe at venues including Carnegie Hall, The United Nations, The Henry Ford Museum, the Basilica of St. Patrick's Cathedral, the MGM Grand Casino, the Bellagio Las Vegas, Broadway's 54 Below, The Waldorf Astoria, Andrew W. Mellon Hall Auditorium, Elebash Recital Hall, The Metropolitan Club, and Casino Du Liban. He has also performed on the fabulous runways of New York Fashion Week as a guest performer and appeared in the Hollywood film Ocean's 8. As lead tenor, Amine has performed in operas and musicals including La Traviata, Tosca, Carmen, La Bohème, I Lombardi Alla Prima Crociata, Mahler's Symphony No. 8, to Phantom of the Opera, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Evita. He also performs in cabarets and concert venues, as well as with international orchestras such as the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra and the Hellenic Symphony Orchestra. In the Middle East, Amine has sung for Kings, Queens, and heads of states and was praised as a "gift from God" (The Emigrant). His opera and crossover concert selection include: operatic arias (from the Italian & French romantic repertoire), Neapolitan songs, as well as Spanish, French, Brazilian and Russian folk songs, American Songbook, Jazz Standards, and Old Hollywood film & Broadway masterpieces, all in new and fresh arrangements. Hachem recently released his first single "Abballati Abballati" bringing Mediterranean multiculturalism to life with a new Middle Eastern twist to an old Italian folk song.
