Martijn de Haan

Martin DeHaan is a young versatile Composer and Actor. Although he is brand new in the movie industry, he has loved movies ever since he can remember. Born Martinus Johannes de Haan in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, on May 29, 1997. When he went to high school, he followed a very broadly oriented sports class, where he would perform many different activities, from mountain climbing to rafting, from skiing to athletics, which gave Martin a very athletic aptitude. He played volleyball since he was just 6 years old. At the age of 18, he played in the highest national competition, which he did for 2 years. At a young age he dreamed about being an actor. As time went on, he fell in love with music, and especially film music. He started composing himself, trying to replicate soundtracks he loved, all while developing his own sound. He has worked on numerous small animation projects, providing a fresh and distinctly different soundtrack for each project. At the moment he is still composing music for projects, but he's also looking for roles to play as an actor. His biggest dream to come true would be to work alongside Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Dylan O'Brien, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bryan Cranston and Giancarlo Esposito.
