Oleg Vakulovskiy, after graduating from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University in 1983 (specializing in international journalism, literary radio officer), until 1987 worked as a commentator and editor-in-chief of the Scandinavian department of the Northern European Broadcasting Service of the USSR Public Television and Radio Broadcasting. In 1987, together with other international journalists (Aleksandr Lyubimov, Vlad Listyev and Dmitriy Zakharov) he was invited to Central Television to take part in the work on the new program "Vzglyad" (he led the first two issues of the program). At the same time, he prepared several issues of the program on new political parties "Gallery". In September 1990, Oleg Vakulovskiy was appointed head of the information service, then director of special projects of the new international commercial radio station Radio Rocks, from 1992 to 1993 he was the director of Swedish programs. In addition, in 1991-1993, he collaborated with the radio station "Radio Z". In 1993, he became the head of the studio "Globus" of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, in 1993-1995 he conducted the Emergency Channel program (VGTRK), the De Facto program (Russia channel), and the Newspaper Stories program. In 1996-1997, he was the host of the program "Man and the Law" (ORT), then returned to Radio Rocks as a general producer (1997-1998). From 1996 to 1997 - General Producer of the CTC channel, since 1997 - the author and presenter of the program "Oleg Vakulovskiy Presents, or Mysterious Stories" ("TV Center"). In 1999, he became the head of the investigative journalism department under the main editorial board of the artistic and publicistic programs of JSC "TV Center". Since March 1999, led a journalistic program "Bureau of television investigations." Since November 1999 - the author and presenter of the program "Russian Secrets: the investigation leads TVC", since October 2002, changed its name to "Department X". In September 2000, he released a two-part documentary film titled "Titanic Talking," which was an exclusive interview with Salman Raduyev. In 2004 he resigned from the staff of the channel in connection with his dissatisfaction with his then program policy. From 2006 to 2009, Radio Russia conducted a weekly interactive program "Face-to-face" about corruption and combating it. In recent years, Oleg Vakulovskiy worked at the Russian News Service, led the radio program "Evening with Oleg Vakulovskiy" and "On the Other Side" about paranormal phenomena. Oleg Vakulovskiy was deputy executive secretary of the anti-corruption movement.
