Simon Newton

Simon Newton is the owner of a Private Security Company, Actor and Bodyguard. Currently working in London UK as a Director of Askari Secure Ltd since 2009. Simon is also currently furthering his career in acting. Simon was a Mechanical Engineer before joining the British Military in 2000. After leaving the military he started his career in the Private Security industry working in the Middle East for the American oil company KBR. In 2006 he was appointed as a Close Protection Officer with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office operating in Afghanistan. After leaving the Middle East Simon returned to London as a Bodyguard. In this time as a Bodyguard he has looked after Middle Eastern Royalty, Members of Parliament, News and TV crews. However, previously he was known for working with Michael Jackson, Kendall Jenner, Rita Ora and Bella Hadid. In addition to working in the UK, Simon was involved with Maritime Security as a Ship Security Officer. He ensured the safety of LPG and Crude Oil Tankers operating in the Indian Ocean, from pirate activity. Simon's acting career started in 2010 and to date he has been involved with films such at the Green Zone Thriller filmed in Morocco and Sherlock Holmes a Game of Shadows. He has doubled for Dave Bautista in the movie Final Score. He has also carried out parts in various programs on UK TV. Since 2016 Simon has also been involved with modelling and men's fashion. He has done articles and photo shoots for Vogue, JOSHUA's Magazine and most recently I-D Magazine.
