Jet Ryder is American born April 30, 1986 in San Luis Obispo, California on a small organic ranch. He is a Writer, Director, Producer, Cinematographer, Artist Director, Composer, Singer, Actor, Designer, Jib Operator. Jet is Mexican American. His ethnicity's are Yaqui, Aztec, Hopi (Native American), Spanish, French, Filipino, Basque, British, & Jewish. Jet has worked on documentaries, music videos, indie trailers, infomercials, fashion shoots, narrative shorts, commercials, live broadcasting, television series, and feature films. Jet started from the very bottom as an intern then a Production Assistant. He has worked as a Camera Technician (for Emmy Award Winning Camera Operator & Inventor), Prop Builder, Jib Assistant, Jib Operator, Video Engineer (mechanical and software), Character Development Consultant, Camera Operator, Live Stream Camera Operator, & Technical Director. Jet works on Film set's & Stages. In his late teens was offered a few soccer scholarships junior year of High School, one being from UCLA and was briefly coached by Women's World Cup Head Coach Jill Ellis. Jet was the Head Coach of a boy's U-11 Club Soccer team and took them from being the worst team in the league to the #1 in 2008. In Jet's early 20s he had ran a kinder-care program and was a 24-hr caregiver, and worked one on one with a boy with autism and a girl with down syndrome. In Jet's mid 20s was a premed student and worked in the laboratory at a Hospital that specialized in Cardiac Care for five years. In 2010 traveled to Africa with a medical team. Jet shadowed under one of the top Neurosurgeon's in the world and was held up at gun point by 7 AK47's guerrilla style African militia. Thankfully survived without a scratch and continued helping in surgeries of various forms. Pre-Med Surgical Assistant Jet, a Neurosurgeon, and a General practitioner had been falsely accused of being spies and were apparently on "Kings Land," of a local tribe. This took place during the 2010 World Cup when there were suicide bombings. Upon returning from Africa Jet Ryder was awarded humanitarian awards from the State of California and by local hometown community, San Luis Obispo, CA. Jet loves the outdoors. Outside of his passions for the arts he is often out in the ocean, traveling, in nature, or working on a sweat in sports.
