Denvor Phokaners is a South African Film and Television Award (SAFTA) nominated TV presenter of the SABC2 SAFTA Award-winning lifestyle and travelogue programme "Mooiloop!", and the host of the DSTV Food Network's reality cooking competition, "Chopped SA" which is televised in over 90 countries around the world. He also appeared in TV shows such as 7de Laan, Rhythm City and Generations The Legacy. Denvor co-directed and starred in the movie The Desert River, which was nominated for best screenplay at the 2019 International Christian Film and Music Festival and best cinematography at Prison City International Film Festival. Other movies he appeared in include Die Sangoma Sindroom. Denvor is also an accomplished musician, songwriter and recording artist with a chart-topping song called Time-Bomb and also wrote a song for the soundtrack of the movie The Lion of Judah called "I Don't Care If It Rains". He lives in Johannesburg with his wife, Michelle, and 2 children, Sarah-Mae and Daniel.
