Ankit Singha

Ankit Singha is a young filmmaker based in Kolkata who is addicted to this thing called "cinema". He has been making films since 12 and now he is 19. His interests are mainly in the portrayal of life and realism in film. He learns filmmaking by watching films made by Satyajit Ray, Jean Renoir, Truffaut, Tarkovsky, Godard, and films from the west. He likes to play with different elements in cinema and tries every genre which makes the audience feel happy, sad, or confused.
