Anjan Bose

ANJAN BOSE is a filmmaker-producer-distributor and the third-generation custodian of Aurora Film Corporation who has directed more than a hundred documentary and short films. He is the grandson of Late Anadinath Bose and son of legendary Late Ajit Bose - the pillars of the age-old Aurora Film Corporation, which began its journey in celluloid since 1906 - recognized as the oldest functioning Cinema Production, Distribution, and Exhibition organization in India. He is a recipient of the prestigious 'RAJAT KAMAL' in the Indian National Film Awards thrice as a director and once as a producer. His latest directional venture "AURORA BIOSCOPE", cinematic documentation of the journey of Aurora, was awarded 'VAN GOGH AWARD' at Amsterdam Film Festival. He has been the Jury Member of Indian Panorama at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) and a Jury and member of the Selection Committee of the Kolkata International Film Festival.
