Actress, dancer, singer and entrepreneur, Torri Grice is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a young girl the art of dance and singing introduced her to a new world of performing. A triple threat in the making, she anticipated making her passion for acting a life career and profession. However, that was prior to her enrollment and attendance in the prestigious Freedom Theater in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she began to hone her skills. She went onto star in a local Theater production, "Little Shop Of Horrors," which was done at The Centre Theater of Norristown. She's danced and performed in several theater productions such as "West Side Story," "Miss Saigon," and "Godspell." Recently returning into the industry of film and television after a long break, Torri, coached by the well known Marc John Jeffries, has hit the ground running. She has continuously trained under Temple University Theater Professor, Actress, and Director, Amina Robinson known for her role in the movie Precious, the Broadway Musical Mama Mia, and most recently directing the stage production of The Color Purple, has helped shaped Torri's abilities of becoming a versatile actress. Most recently she played Sabrina in a short Drama called Fathers and Sons and landed a role in the upcoming Philadelphia crime drama The Probe as Correctional Officer Mitchell. Today, this actress, mother and entrepreneur is steadily pursuing her lifelong dream of acting, all the while being the first African American to own and operate 2 successful businesses in the pet industry. She is the President of Pooch Kaboose Dog Rescue, non-profit organization that rescues abandoned, unwanted or mistreated dogs from the island of Puerto Rico. Torri also is the CEO of Kazoodles, a dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility in Jenkintown, PA and is set to expand into NewYork city the summer of 2019.
