Cray Francis is an American actress of African Caribbean descent. Cray is a native of the beautiful Caribbean isle, Antigua, and still considers it her true home. She was raised in the Bronx, New York, and attended Manhattan Center for Science and Math high school in Spanish Harlem. Later, while attending Middlebury College ('05) in Vermont, she pursued acting, singing, and education. Her intermediary summers were spent auditioning in NYC, and taking background extra roles in films and commercials. Her recent credits include her dramatic portrayal of Mae in Resilient (Dir. Idris Pearson; a Tommy A. Watson Production; Film Barrel Studios). She is the Host & Producer of the LiT CuLTuRE TV Show (Charlotte, NC, 2017-19). Cray enjoys sharing her creative talents as an actress and as an author: she's the published author of the children chapter book, Honey Dew's Carnival Fever- available on Amazon. Cray Francis is also a graduate of Teachers College at Columbia University in NY ('10): earning a Masters of Education.
