Tony Gamble

Tony was raised in a tiny rural hamlet named Alaska, on the western end of Canada's smallest province, Prince Edward Island. At the age of six, he watched his home burn to the ground with his mother in it. Very soon after, he received the gift of a Bontempi electric organ and found comfort in teaching himself how to create music. In his teens, he explored his creativity with other talented musicians as a rock and roll keyboardist, eventually landing guest appearances for touring acts like Lee Aaron, Trooper, Honeymoon Suite and others. All the while, his side projects leaned far more heavily into electronic music composition. As a student at both Holland College and Algonquin College, he had the opportunity to compose music for several projects from instructional videos to independent films. Today, his professional life is now all about digital media with web development, audio and video production, graphic design and more. He offers a weekly live stream of improv music creation called Transistor Sandwich and volunteers soundtrack composition for independent films like The Tablet and Watcher.
