David Kean

David Kean a native of Northern California was raised by his grandmother, who interestingly came from a long line of clairvoyant mediums. She performed past-life regressions, card readings, seances, psychic defense, and metaphysical healing. From an early age, David was exposed to many of his grandmother's psychic endeavors. As he got older, she taught him how to read cards in the family tradition. David often compares growing up with his physic grandmother's home as "Auntie Mame" meet "The Exorsist". David moved to Los Angeles in the early 1990's and after briefly pursuing a career in acting transitioned into the antiques, custom furniture and luxury interior design field. By the beginning of the 2000's he had established a namesake line of antique reproduction furniture. In 2002 after buying his first home, he saw the opportunities in LA area real estate. David quickly received is real estate license and went to work for a top LA luxury real estate firm. He quickly became one of the more visible Realtors in town, yet discretely representing L.A.'s A-Lister and power-brokers . David has had his real estate and design advice featured in The LA Times, Angeleno Magazine, LA Business Journal, Trulia.com, and more than 30 other publications. In 2005 his own home renovation was covered in a two page spread in the LA Times. Another passion of David's is luxury thrift shopping which has generated a good sized following on Instagram, and a television series in development. In 2014 David Met Courtney Stodden and her mother Krista Keller at a World of Wonder Productions event in Hollywood. Krista walked up to David and said "you should be on TV", to which he responded "from your mouth to God's ears". It appears someone was listening.
