Ruby Garnet grew up in Southern Ohio, with three brothers and three sisters. She began her modeling and acting career at the age of 12, with Kathleen Wellman and Ashley Talent Agency in Cincinnati, OH. Although, Ruby attended more than four high schools during her high school career, she was active in Theater throughout. During her Junior and Senior years, she entered and performed in the Cincinnati Overture Awards Scholarship Program; during her Senior year (1999), Ruby's monologue performance of "Steel Magnolias" "M'Lynn", left the judges speechless and she advanced to finals. Ruby did not attend the final performance and ceremony as she graduated High School six months early, to join the Marine Corps. Ruby was an enlisted, active duty Marine, for 8 years; she deployed to various locations, to include Iraq, and served her country honorably. After her enlistment, she served in the Federal Government as an Intelligence Officer. Ruby supported "Military Missions/Operations Overseas" and the "War On Terror". In 2016, she once again, decided that she needed to mix things up and she retired from the government. Ruby jumped full force into, not only her Modeling and Acting career, but you can find her training and competing in Elite Obstacle Course Races, Marathons and Triathlons. Ruby is working in Washington DC and NYC on a variety of projects.
