Ido Gal is an actor based in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Born in Israel, Ido moved to the United States and found a passion in performing as way to find connection through language barriers. Ido received dual degrees in Theater (B.A. Acting Emphasis) and Economics (B.A.) from the University of Southern California (USC) before beginning to work professionally in both film and theater. Notable credits include "IVVER" (2019) and "One Star" (2021). Theatre credits include The Kingsmen Shakespeare Company, Columbia University Stages, and HERO Theatre. In voice-over, Ido has also worked with Audible Studios and The Podcast Players. In his time in LA, SF and NYC, Ido has trained with The Barrow Group, Berkeley Rep, Kathleen McNenny, Natalie Roy, Cathy Cavadini, Christopher Shaw, Kate Burton, Joseph Hacker and others. Ido is Equity Eligible (AEA) and SAG-AFTRA Eligible. Outside of acting, Ido combines his passion for the arts and technology working for Apples and Oranges Arts, a performing arts startup dedicated to empowering artists and arts organizations to grow using the latest technologies. Other spare time activities include practicing numerous instruments, traveling to his home country of Israel and cheering ruthlessly for the Golden State Warriors.
