Ambrose B. Cooke

A Ghanaian living in Burkina Faso. His first major film project, a 52 short film series, "Petites Histoires Grandes Vérités (PHGV)", won The Best African TV Series at the just ended Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou Fespaco 2019. His short film, "Le banc sur le rivage du lac" (an official short film selection at Fespaco 2019), also won the Golden Short Film at the 2019 edition of the Golden Movie Awards in Ghana. He writes, directs, shoots and cuts his films (something he's not proud of).
