Reagan Elkins grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, and armed with his dad's 8mm camcorder, he would spend hours making videos with his two brothers. During his senior year of high school, Reagan won a nation wide video competition, which encouraged him to make filmmaking a career. He enrolled in film school, learning from names like Greg Mellott, and Gray Frederickson, the producer of "The Godfather." In film school, Reagan fell in love with the entire filmmaking process. Soon after college, Reagan launched his film business. Reagan worked his way up in the corporate realm, where he began producing commercials for well-known companies. He also broke into the music video realm, directing and producing videos for bands like Hinder, The Imaginaries, The Odds, and Dollar.98. Reagan's work has been featured on sites like DittyTV, Monster Energy, and the New York Times Bucks Blog. In 2018, Reagan worked as a camera operator and editor on a TV show in Houston, Texas, where, while traveling to Uganda, Africa, he learned valuable lessons on storytelling. Later in 2019, two of Reagan's commercials were selected as winners in the 40th annual Telly Awards. In 2020, Reagan's film "Revival" was accepted as an official selection at Dead Center Film Festival, and the Tokyo Liftoff Film Festival. An Oklahoman, Reagan has also been able to work locations on feature films around the state. From scout, to locations manager on movies like Infamous (Bella Thorne & Jake Manly), and a locations assistant on Stillwater (Matt Damon & Abigail Breslin), Reagan has been able to diversify his skills in the film industry.
