Joel Riley Martin

Joel Riley Martin is an American actor, writer and director based in Los Angeles, CA. He was born in Washington State in 1983. Joel's acting career consists of theater and film works in Los Angeles, Hawaii and Washington. His actor training is rooted in psycho-physical techniques from Michael Chekhov and Jerzy Grotowski, as well as voice and speechwork training in Knight-Thompson and Barrantes. Joel earned his MFA in Television, Film and Theatre from Cal State LA in 2021 where he finished with a short film which he had written, acted and directed. Joel is a passionate motorcyclist as well, is a certified instructor for the California Motorcyclist Safety Program, and enjoys teaching others how to ride.
