Since the young age of three, Olivia Morandin knew dance was what she wanted to pursue. Being a highly competitive dancer, she has since then dedicated her life to dance and enjoys performing in front of huge audiences. She is known for being very versatile, and quite the firecracker. Olivia started by taking ballet classes at Surrey Dance Centre in September 2011 then moved to DanceWest Studios in September 2013 where she started engaging in more genres of dance- jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tap, hip hop, stage, song and dance and acrobatics. While at DanceWest Studios, she has won several awards and scholarships such as being a Merited Participant at the B.C. Provincials in 2019, participating in Synergy Dance Competition's Provincials in 2018, performing in the Chilliwack Lions Club Honours Performance in 2019, and being named Junior V.I.P Winner at Jump Dance Convention in late 2019. At school, Olivia is an excellent student who loves to explore new topics and engage in activities. She is known for being a social butterfly as well as being a passionate and helpful person. In both Grade 5 and Grade 6, Olivia was invited to the Challenge Program classes that the Surrey School district holds. Outside of school and dance, Olivia loves playing video games, golfing and making memories with friends. Olivia made her television debut in early 2020 where she appeared in the TV series Supergirl (CW) and in Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist (NBC).
