Small-time songwriter, close friend and manager of the late Donny Hathaway. He wrote and co-wrote a handful of songs in the '70s and '80s, most notably "Little Ghetto Boy" and "Someday We'll All Be Free" as originally performed by Donny Hathaway. After the death of Donny Hathaway his active presence in the music business pretty much ended. He is the brother of jazz saxophonist George Howard.
