Fatih Ahmet Kaya was born on 29.07.1983 in Istanbul. In parallel with his education in Yildiz Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, which he enrolled in 2001, he received training from Türvak Cinema-Television Education Foundation for his dream profession. In 2003, he entered the media world with the TV channel Kanal D within Dogan Media. After working in the channel for 1 year as Assistant Technical Director, he was assigned to the Camera department. He worked as an Assistant Cameraman, Cameraman and Jimmy Jib operator. During this period, he actively participated in grand-scale projects in the business that required technical experiences, such as Formula 1, Champions League and Golden Butterfly. Immediately afterwards, he began working for "Beyaz Show" as the Director of Photography and uninterruptedly continued his duty for a full 8 years. Finally, he established his own production agency in 2007. Since the day he established his agency, he shot commercials, short films, documentaries, TV productions for many national and international brands, particularly including Vodafone, Markafoni, Mektebim Schools, Pril, and Casio. While materializing all these businesses, he remained in close contacts with music industry; he filmed music videos for artists such as Yildiz Tilbe, Candan Erçetin, Bendeniz and Bedük. With the experience he gained, and by blending the weaknesses in the business sector, he created another brand in 2018, which provides leasing services for the advanced-technology equipment requirements of the media sector, and assumed the duty of contributing to the technological improvement of the sector. Amongst all this intense traffic, he did not forget the young talents coming from within the sector... Teaching the university students in Istanbul Aydin University since 2015 on the branch of Cinematography, Fatih Ahmet Kaya continues keeps on working by following the new trends in the industry.
