Chris Mugford has spent 30 years experience creating and directing TV ads for many blue chip companies including Diageo, Pepsico and Premier Foods. He has also provided strategic marketing consultancy. His work has won many ad industry awards as well as helping clients achieve major sales goals. He now creates Prime Position Videos (on website principal landing page), specializing in First Impression Management and Emotional Branding. His expertise includes the creation of highly effective digital campaigns with social media and content calendars. Since 2012 he has created over 150 online films for clients ranging from UK Government and the NHS, to many of UK's best independent schools and ambitious, high-growth SMEs. Prior to 2012, he wrote and directed over 200 TV commercials. Major clients he has worked for includes the UK Government (2 departments), the NHS, IBM, Diageo, Legal & General, Alfa Romeo, Barclays Bank, Pepsico, Premier Foods and Universal Music. His career highlights include building positioning platforms for Diageo's entire bourbon portfolio (7 brands) worldwide. For IBM he developed their "I Think Therefore IBM" strap-line, which is recognized as one of the 100 best advertising lines of all time. For Quaker Oats/Snack-a-Jacks he created the TV launch and follow-up campaigns in UK and 8 European countries. Snack-a-Jacks is the only Quaker brand to be profitable from Y1 and worth USD70m by Y3 in UK alone. For Time Warner he created TV ads for Europe's best-selling DRTV CD compilation album. These TV ads ran globally.
