Brianna Shinn

Brianna Shinn is an independent filmmaker that was born in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2016 she began working at UTV Studios and gained experience as second assistant camera on "In Due Time", in addition to assistant sound director on "Emily's Picture". In 2017 she was promoted to film festival director and directed NAU's 72 hour film festival. In 2019 she was chosen to work as co-production designer on "Hiraeth", an ambitious stop motion film that was the first ever attempted at NAU. In addition to this, she also directed "The Hares Bride" a Grimm Fairytale adaptation for her independent capstone film. She also was able to work her way up in UTV to behind the scenes director, where she lead her team and captured behind the scenes content on the set of "Alyce" and "June Heist".
