Miriam Spumpkin was born on August 13, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. Her ancestors immigrated to the US at various times in history from Croatia, Poland, England, Scotland, North Africa, and French Canada. Miriam appears in her first feature film, "Time for Sunset," at age five. She made her stage debut as a tiny ballerina, dancing in Nutcracker and Cinderella at age four, and later Swan Lake when she was six. She is often seen dancing in public wherever there is music. When visiting New Orleans in 2018, the singer of a jazz band was watching Miriam when he paused to proclaim to the audience, "Man, she's got the music in her!" Miriam has special auditory memory skills that help her learn new songs very quickly, fueling her love for singing. She also has a passion for voiceover acting, as she says, "Who wouldn't want to be a cartoon character?"
