Kate Lý Johnston is elegant, lovely, confident, smart, and most importantly, modest! She is a mixed race/Vietnamese American actor in Los Angeles, and has trained professionally in acting and musical theatre since she was a child. Raised in New York City, she grew up singing and dancing at venues like Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden, and Broadway on Broadway in Times Square. Kate Lý recently graduated from the University of Southern California, where she played the trumpet in the Spirit of Troy Marching Band. She's also played the trumpet at Disneyland, and for a Gwen Stefani concert at the Hollywood Bowl. She worked as a news anchor while she was at USC, and went on to appear as a talking head on TMZ ON TV on the Fox channel after graduation. Kate Lý has been recognized for her role as the emo horse girl in "SPIT IT OUT, MARGOT!", a musical film for which she and her co-stars won Best Comedy Ensemble at the 77th annual Lady Filmmakers Festival. She's gotten murdered on screen multiple times, and is skilled in giving comedic, emotional performances. She also appeared as the titular step mom in the controversial YouTube series "STEP MOM STICKS DAUGHTER IN OVEN," which accidentally ended up on a porn website somehow, despite not being pornographic. Kate Lý is SAG-eligible and is represented commercially by Sovereign Talent Group.
