Mustafa Tarik is a screenwriter and filmmaker based in Istanbul. He has traveled extensively, especially in Europe and the Middle East, and has explored more than 25 countries which inspired him profoundly. Curious in all forms of writing and storytelling, he writes poems in classic forms of Turkish poetry. Alongside his script works, he continues to work as a knife maker in his workshop based in Uskudar, Istanbul.
