Zayen Aqilah

Zayen Aqilah was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2008. He has excelled in both Modeling and Acting and works hard to develop opportunities to demonstrate his skills. In 2019, he had a lead role in a Movie Short that was commissioned by the Tourism Department of Jakarta called "Dunia Laut". This story shows the friendship bonds that exists between two young classmates. "Dunia Laut" was Winner of the Jakarta Short Movie Festival in 2019. Later in 2019, the International Cinematic Feature Film "Gundala" was released, wherein Zayen played the role of Young Pengkor, the arch villain in the film. Gundala is based on the Indonesian Action Superhero Comic Book Series of the same name. At the 2019 Festival Film Indonesia, Gundala won awards for Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects, and Best Sound, .. and was nominated for 6 other awards. Zayen continues to work modeling and acting positions as he pushes to advance his career, and hopes to see you soon at a theatre near you.
