Ikshwaku Deopathak

Ikshwaku Deopathak is an Indian music director, singer, music producer and Songwriter, best known for his musical works in Marathi as well as Hindi music. He is associated with top music labels in the country like Zee music company, tips industries ltd and many others. He was born in a Marathi speaking family, to Kishor and Prachiti Deopathak in Khamgaon, Buldana, Maharashtra. He has done schooling from New English School, Tilak Road in Pune and Masters in engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology in Mumbai. He works in Mumbai and Pune and later is his hometown. Along with being musician, he is also a sound engineer & co-founded a commercial recording studio and film audio mixing space in 2017 in Pune known as Filmix Studios along with his partner Neha Sadhale who is a co-composer with him. His recent popular singles include Tujhe Majhe (Marathi) , Tu Ye Na (Marathi) and Naya Sa (Hindi). Initially, at the age 4, he started getting trained as a classical vocalist by his father, followed by many other mentors till he turned 20. Since, he is a classically trained vocalist, he has performed semi-classical songs in many concerts. He started his music production and composing career in 2011 with the track 'Pahile Prem' which was released solely on Facebook, his second single 'Best Friendship song' went viral in 2012 getting him 300k plus views organically on YouTube. He commercially released his first track with a renowned label Zee Music company in 2021 with the Marathi single 'Tujhe Majhe'. In 2022, he commercially released Hindi single 'Naya Sa' with Tips industries Ltd. He mainly produces music in genres such as Indian Music, Hindustani classical, Pop, Indiepop, Jazz, Semi-rock, Orchestral, Fusions, Spiritual, Meditation Music along with Vedic chants, Hymns. Also, he has worked as Foley artist, Recording Engineer, dubbing director and Re-recording mixer for movies in various Indian languages.
