Tyra Sweet

Tyra Sweet is a Toronto-based Writer, Actor and Host. She is best known for her recurring Co-Host position on YTV's The Zone and Kid Food Nation: The Show, and also appeared in the first season of The Parker-Andersons. Tyra has written for Backyard Beats (TVO Kids), The Fabulous Show with Fay & Fluffy (Family Jr.), a new animated series with Epic Story Media, and is currently the Story Coordinator on Season 2 of the CBC hit Run the 'Burbs! A graduate of The Second City Conservatory Tyra wrote and performed original sketches in the show The Alternative Facts of Life, and she is also a graduate of the BIPOC TV & Film Kids TV Writing Bootcamp taught by John May and mentored by Aron Dunn.
