Veronica Bieganska

At the age of 9 Veronica moved to England, Kent from Poland. Veronica was always extremely ambitious and eager to learn and was able to pick up the English language in a short amount of time. Growing up Veronica worked well within the English educational system. Veronica was approached in her early teens by a member of 'Fixers'. This organization campaigns goal was to give young people a voice. Her campaign was to push and promote the greater mixture and diversity of the immigration community, to get local people to celebrate their differences. Throughout this campaign Veronica worked closely with her local district council, a psychologist and a community engagement consultant, to get to know how the program will influence mindset of teenagers, kids and adults. The campaign was aired on ITV Meridian, which is her local news broadcast in Kent. Veronica was very proud of the work she was able to achieve and this opportunity gave her further ambition to push for a career in the Media industry, with radio always being something Veronica could see herself doing. Veronica undertook a creative media course in Canterbury over the duration of three years, where she was able to push her creative side in a mixture of ways. She done many different small documentaries, including working with musicians and corporations outside of her college, filming and editing, producing, pod casts, radio templates, magazine spreads where she was not only the editor but also the photographer. She finished college with three A* and a high distinction. She was co-operating on numerous projects with directors and producers. She still continues to undertake many different projects, which is why she was very excited to be working on 'Exhibition' animation.
