Julie Hansen

Julie Hansen was born on March 16, 1961 in Sioux City, Iowa. From 1979-83, Julie attended Colorado State University where she received a BA in Business. She moved to New York City in 1997 to pursue an acting career and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and HB Studios. Her most notable roles include Miranda's Sister-In-Law in the Sex and the City, "My Motherboard, My Self," and other supporting roles in numerous television series films, and television commercials. No longer acting professionally, Julie has dedicated her career to sharing the on-camera acting techniques she hones while in NYC with salespeople and business professionals alike. In 2011, Julie founded performance Sales and Training after identifying a void in sales presentations that could be filled with acting techniques. She is also the author of two books: Sales Presentations for Dummies and ACT Like a Sales Pro!.
