Martin Boross (born in 1988) is a Hungarian theatre and film director. Since 2012 he is the artistic director of STEREO AKT, a Budapest based contemporary theatre collective. His post-dramatic pieces are often interdisciplinary, participatory, interactive, using documentary materials with social, community or political approaches. He often experiments with the unconventional positioning and participation of the audience and is interested in the interaction as the dramaturgical technique necessary for the deep and intensive level of perception. Outside of Hungary he worked with international project-based teams in Germany, Poland, Spain, Denmark, Romania and in the United States.
