Max Kohnke

Max Kohnke served in the U.S. Army during 1979 to 1983. He graduated Florida State University in 1995. Learned to fly from his father, who was an experienced pilot, and has been a working pilot since 1997. In 1998 he was the First Officer on a Beach 1900D regional and commuter airline for Mesa Airlines in Panama City, Florida. During his off time from flying, when things gotten slow, he became a stand-up comedian and did a little acting in movies. Mostly bit parts. Max also started a model hobby business around this time selling remarketed models through the internet. Max named this business Max's Models. During 2020 Max started a series of videos on the history of model companies. These have become popular among model hobbyists. They can be viewed on Youtube and on his website. Max is a huge fan of the model building hobby and is very active in it today.
