Whitney McIntosh-Joseph

Whitney McIntosh-Joseph, originally from a small town in upstate New York, has been a working dancer, actress and arts educator in NYC for over 10 years. Whitney's performance career has included everything from 5 seasons as Principal Dancer with ASHA Dance Company, to theatrical and musical theater performances in original Off-Broadway plays. More recently you may have seen her performing for PBS American Portrait Series or in National Commercial's for brands such as Martha Stewart and Christmas Tree Shops. As an arts educator, Whitney has taught, choreographed and produced her own shows while leveraging the arts as a tool for community engagement and social change. She is the Co-Founder and Artistic and Education Director for Victory Music & Dance Company a non-profit organization that is dedicated to using the arts to promote leadership and academic enrichment to young people in the Brownsville community of Brooklyn, NY.
