Robert Boulanger was born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts. He enlisted in the Marine Corps when he was 17 years old. Thanks to the G.I. Bill, he earned a BFA in Acting from Emerson College. Since moving to New York in 1980, he has appeared in several films, including The Undoing (2020), Kinsey (2004), Uptown Girls (2003), in the role of George Schleine, and The Thomas Crown Affair (1999). He has also worked extensively in Theater and Television.
