Julia Jewels Proctor

Julia Y. Proctor (referred to as Jewels) graduated from The Art Institute of Washington in December 2011, as a Digital Film and Video Production student. Since then Proctor continues to work within the digital creative industry. Jewels previously worked at BET Interactive, Okeefe Communications, and the National Institutes of Health- Medical Arts Department. Currently, Jewels is consistently looking for opportunities to pitch her script to a major network. As a writer, she tells a story with many twists and turns. Just when you think you know what is going to happen, she takes you somewhere else. She thrives while working with anything related to film or video.
