Arjun Pradhan

Born in Pune, on 18th February Arjun Pradhan completed his schooling at Symbiosis School, Pune. A corporate lawyer by profession, he has done his post-graduation from ILS Law College Pune in the academic year 2020. Priorly, he has done his Bachelor's in Arts (Economics) from Symbiosis College Pune which is where his love for the motion picture took shape. He worked as an on-stage artist in various intercollegiate drama competitions like Purushottam, Suman & Firodiya karandak. Also staring as a character artist & Unit Production Manager in the anthological Marathi feature film 'Bioscope', currently streaming on Netflix. He later went on to write & direct a short feature film "Bha" for Shivleela Films, Pune. This was his first encounter with filmmaking. He later went on to be the head Story & Screenwriter for 'Enigma', a short feature-length film produced by the Dream Catcher Company, Pune which is currently performing extremely well at the local & international film festivals like the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival, Cannes World Film Festival, King Shivaji Maharaj film festival, Worldfest Houston, RIFF, LIAFF, EEIMA, TIFF, ECA, Best Movie Awards, Golden short film festival, Rome, Port Blair Int. Film Festival, World Film Carnival Singapore etc. 'Enigma' currently has won over 100 awards out of which Arjun has won an independent award as the 'Best Script Writer' at the Uruvatti International Film Festival. Being passionate about filmmaking, in leisure he works for the films shot at the FTII (Film & Television Institute of India, Pune) for filmmaking students. A registered member of the SWA (Screen Writer's Association, Mumbai) he is actively working as a Story & Screenwriter in the Marathi film Industry.
