Originally from Tacoma Washington, Dr.Paul Ramos received his wildlife vet training in Australia after arriving as a backpacker with plans to travel the world. Paul ended up staying Down Under for the next 15 years and during this time he received his post graduate training in wildlife medicine, lived amongst Australian fur seal colonies and helped rescue koalas & kangaroos during devastating Australian bushfires. In 2018 Paul set his sights on storytelling as a way to make a difference and produced/presented a doc film in Borneo about orangutans & deforestation. Most recently Paul presented Jungle Animal Rescue/Jungle Heroes in India on National Geographic Wild with leading wildlife rescue org Wildlife SOS.
