Yang Siyao

Yang Siyao, female, graduated from Beijing Film Academy with a master's degree in screenplay writing. I served as one of the producers, director, original screenwriter and cinematographer for my first original feature film project Na Ji Cang Xue. I also participated in several international film festivals and won awards in the script and project venture capital unit. In this creative experience, I am determined to make wild animal protection as well as natural ecological environment protection as my main direction of filmmaking career. The aim is to contribute to the protection of the natural ecology of the earth, and at the same time to innovate and experiment my own characteristic aesthetic style of film audio-visual language. During this period, my original feature film script which concerning about the wild animal protection and my debut short film regarding as the religious story has won many international film festival awards. As a young female director, I hope to write and direct more excellent environmental protection drama films through my unique perspective of combining hardness and softness.
