Liaan Ferreira

Liaan Ferreira was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, on the 2nd of July 1986. He is arguably one of the country's most versatile actors and has been an industry professional for over a decade with roles primary in American and South African cinema and television. His most recent work and the role that made Ferreira a household name was his stellar performance in (2020) as "Llewellyn" in the soap opera "7de Laan" directed by Henry Mylne who said that "he has the ability to instantly switch his emotion from calm to rage, watching Ferreira reminds one of James Dean, or a young Brando...". François Lensley who co-directed was taken by Ferreiras unorthodox acting method and how he would get into character by listening to Nessun dorma by Luciano Pavarotti.
