Rey Coloma was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He makes his directorial debut with "LAMPiTAO". The short film won 7 major awards like Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Picture, Best Cinematography, Best Screenplay, Best Musical Score, Best Production Design last Claveria Film Camp Short Film Festival during the North Luzon Film Lab 2018.
