Cooli Carlito

Cooli Carlito is a rapper and producer from North West London. Charlie Omotunde, better known by his stage name Cooli Carlito, began his career in 2014 whilst studying in college. He started his career off by featuring on various pirate radio shows releasing ciphers and freestyles for outlets including Tone Coffee Shop, Don City Radio, Rinse FM among others. During this time, he also had a supporting role as a bike gang member in the film Exhibition starring Tom Hiddlestone. He first gained recognition for his feature on "898 Show" alongside Scrufizzer and Faithy by Don City Radio on 16 November 2016. "898 Show" was 18 in the UK garage chart and 32 in the global garage charts. He released the single "Gimme it all" on 14 September 2018. Cooli Carlito was featured on Blatantly Blunt Radio, where he performed a grime freestyle alongside Dirty Doggz, M3 and Mitchell Bailer on 13 June 2019. Carlito collaborated with Dirty Doggz again on the single "Tha Wind Up Cipher" released in December 2020. On 18 March 2021, Carlito released his debut mixtape; "Wave God". It featured the singles "On Ma Own", "Elevate" and "Ballin Like Neymar" which contained a feature from grime legend Flirta D. In the following month, Carlito provided vocals on the Title Intro for YouTuber "Laxman Reviews". The 20-second intro is featured at the start of all of the "Laxman Reviews" videos and was produced by RA. 2021 has been a productive year for Carlito as he has been releasing music non-stop.
