David Charles Bird

David Charles Bird is a cinematographer and editor. He began his education with 35mm film and working in darkrooms. He switched majors to comparative psychology and zoology becoming a zoology teacher. His work in education and passion of equity and social justice led him to a doctoral program in teaching, learning, and culture. His research and focus was on cultural capital and social justice. His love of film and photography brought him back to his passion of cinematography and editing. Working as a cinematographer and editor, David Charles Bird started the production company, 3 Legged Bird.
