Kara Fernstrom

Kara Fernstrom was raised on small-town British Columbia, moving to the Fraser Valley when she was 14. The following years saw her move to Montreal, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, and eventually settling on Vancouver Island. Kara sampled many careers before leaving the 9-5 world due to illness, and then finding her niche as a professional creator in 2019. Her online career began in graphic design and animation with the creation of her digital media company, Artstrom Digital Media. Eventually, this flowed naturally into the creation of The Conquest of Bliss Podcast, a show about happiness and well-being.
