Born in Brooklyn, New York, I come from a neighborhood where many of us were not presented with too much opportunity. It makes success seem intangible, unreachable, and foreign. But the experiences and know-how gained from growing up in communities like it all over is of value, is important, and can inspire hope and change. It starts by having figures in positions of power that walk, talk, and look just like the kids in these communities. It starts by uplifting those voices and giving them a platform. My hustle is to create the platform for these voices. To uplift these voices. Through our mantra; "What's Your Hustle?," we tell these stories in a manner that is motivational, positive, and most importantly - authentic.
