When he was a kid, Andre's parents took him to Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose TX and he was hooked for life. The Texas native had a career in environmental science, while fossil hunting on weekends, when his wife convinced him to pursue his passion full time. Over the past 6 years he's put his stamp on the world of Commercial Paleontology with some major discoveries, including several undescribed dinosaurs, including the first club-tailed ankylosaur ever found in Texas. Also his company PaleoTex prepared and mounted a nearly 300-million-year-old Dimetrodon, which is on display at the Zuhl Museum at NMSU in Las Cruces, NM. Andre has produced his own paleo inspired projects, been called up for radio & television interviews and most recently joined reality television on Pawn Stars as expert appraiser and Dino Hunters as professional field paleontologist. His passion project making a huge impact in central Texas is a museum he of his own, "Texas Through Time", in Hillsboro, TX. The Museum also houses his fossil prep lab and serves as the headquarters of his company, PaleoTex. Andre's passion for creativity and adventure extend far beyond the world of paleontology, he is an accomplished artist, poet & DJ.
