Chaska Alexander Ronald May was born on April 20th 2000 in Peckham South-East London. Life came with it's ups and downs but it hasn't stopped him. Chaska has always stood out from the crowd. From a young age he has had a huge passion for the arts. From 2006-2012 he attended Palmtree academy, a local performing arts after school club. he appeared on television in 2010 on his 10th birthday on Glory TV. During his tumultuous secondary school years he appeared in school musicals productions in year 8 & year 10. A night at the musicals and Oliver Twist where he played Mr Brownlow. From 2016-2018 he attended Kingston College where he studied BTEC Level 3 acting and obtained a triple distinction, Drama school awaited and from 2018-2019 he attended Italia Conti and did a foundation acting course. He said "It laid the foundations for my future career and it was an intense and invigorating course" Whilst Chaska enjoyed his time on the course, he felt wanted more in his toolkit. The American Theatre Arts course at Rose Bruford was waiting. From 2019-2022 he completed the course. He spent a life changing semester abroad in Chicago in the Autumn of 2021. He gained new skills in the mediums of directing,play-writing and devising. Chaska walked away with a 2:1 degree and was 1.1 % away from a first class degree. "I am delighted with my grades parts of my course took place during COVID and difficult circumstances occurred. I'm excited for the future ahead" He said the course "brought me to new avenue's that I didn't think were possible." As Chaska departs from drama school he has signed with Three's A crowd Management. A talent agency and has appeared in two short films.He is keen to develop a whole load of plays and submit them to theatre companies up and down the UK.
