Nikol Alexander-Floyd

An academic by day, Nikol Alexander-Floyd has always had a flair for evoking emotions and narrating. People have always told her she should be an actress. She's dabbled a bit over the years (she was a committed extra in the blockbuster film, The Pelican Brief, starring Denzel Washington, as well as in a "B" film, The Underneath; her poignant scene crossing the street as a pedestrian during a bank heist in the latter movie, was cut, but her performance was effortless). She has also been part the production staff of local plays in the greater Trenton, NJ area, performing in roles for Teal Productions. Now, with Black Cases (2021), the short film by screenwriter, director, and actress, Tamara R. Jackson, Alexander-Floyd returns to pursuing her cinematic dreams.
