Alyssa Miller

Alyssa Marie Miller is an American actress. She was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, and is the daughter of Chris Miller, an engineer and lighting designer, and Michelle Miller, a counselor. Her ancestry is of Irish and German descent. Alyssa started in the performing arts as a dancer at two years old, and at sixteen, was introduced to acting on stage for her annual dance recital. Piquing her interest, she signed with Southwest Model and Talent Agency in Phoenix, Arizona. The Agency invited her to compete at the International Model and Talent Association (IMTA) convention in 2018. From IMTA, she was awarded with a $20,000 scholarship to attend the New York Film Academy, given by David Vando, who represented the Academy. Continuing her training, she attended the New York Film Academy in Manhattan, New York from 2018 to 2020 where she studied Meisner, on-camera skills, and many other techniques. She received the opportunity to work with critically acclaimed actor Matthew Modine, one-on-one in a master class. Afterward, in her final year of study, she got the opportunity to perform in her first play, Democracy Day 1, where she found her love for comedy and theater. She was also involved with multiple short film productions with the filmmakers at her school. In 2021 she landed her first feature film role in "Forgiven" and six months later landed her first lead role in "Fathers". You can see her in a handful of music videos, commercials, and short films. Most recently, she appeared in her first role in a local musical theater production of "Newsies", at the start of 2022.
