Ricky Cordero

Ricky Cordero is an American Born Actor of Latin descent. Born and raised in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx. Ricky's love for theatre and acting grew at an early age during his elementary school days. As a 12 year old boy his first opportunity was a school play. Ricky was chosen too play a part of a school kid that was in big trouble. He stated "my very first speaking role" "oh oh I better get out of here" and quickly runs off the stage. At that moment he knew that this was something he could enjoy doing. As time went by Ricky's life had taken a turn and Joined the United States Marine. At some point after his time in the military he started looking for extra work but soon duty called him once again an led him into becoming a New York City Police officer as if the military wasn't enough. Well, soon after some time being in the Police force he figured why not try again with his acting career. Ricky managed to get some work as an extra but was seeking better roles. finally, in 2001 he had a great opportunity too work with Hugh Jackman and Liev Schreiber and Meg Ryan on the film Kate & Leopold. A romantic comedy film about time travel. Ricky's ambition grew even more and landed a role as a criminal in the hit TV series "Law & Order." He soon landed another part as a construction worker on the set of "Sex in the City." Ricky recalls when meeting Vincent D'Onfrio and Courtney B Vance saying "keep networking and loving the craft." Soon after that Ricky recalls meeting Sarah Jessica Parker on the set of Sex in the City that ultimately gave him the courage too seek out his dream of working with big actors and some day work along side his idols.
