Chephirah Carter

Chephirah Carter, New Orleans native, is an American actress. She has been featured on both television and film. Chephirah has attended Louisiana State University and is an alumni of TAMU. She is also a published, contributing writer and editor. Her most recent projects include Emancipation and We Have A Ghost and Sacrifice.
